"Our experience so far
has been outstanding. The instruction was excellent,
the fleet is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly
and professional. We are looking forward to passing
Level 2 next week and doing some serious boating.
My initial impression is that Legacy Boating Club
is a first class operation, and I highly recommend
it to anyone who is considering joining." - Matt

Destin is a barrier island that is located on the Gulf of Mexico
and on the Choctawatchee Bay and is the largest beach community
between Pensacola and Panama City Beach. Sandestin is located in
Destin, on the eastern side. Our beautiful emerald ocean and white
sand beaches bring back vacationers year after year. Acclaimed as
the "Best Beach in the South" and one of the top three
"Favorite Family Vacation Destinations" by the readers
of Southern Living, Destin also plays host to many other recreational
opportunities.
The sugar-white sandy beaches and pure sparkling emerald waters
of the Gulf of Mexico present an incredible backdrop to the numerous
resorts with golf courses and conference facilities. The 100 Fathom
curve draws closer to Destin than any other spot in Florida providing
the speediest deep-water access on the Gulf. This phenomenon makes
the area one of the top five off-shore shelling destinations in
the world!
Fishing remains at the top of the list of leisure past times in
Destin. Boasting the title "World's Luckiest Fishing Village,"
Destin is one of the finest fishing locations in the world.
The Emerald Coast has a lot to offer!
